Paper Manager: How to subscribe in ACIEK’s Platform

We are going to present you a detailed review of how you should complete your subscription to our ACIEK’s platform (Paper manager).

Once you click on it, this page will appear. Here it is possible to access using last conference (2020) credentials if you were a participant. If not, you can register below on “register now”:

In order to process your subscription it is mandatory to fill in all the required data correctly. Please keep in mind that the provided data will be used at the end in order to generate different documents as certificates, invoices, etc.

Regarding the VAT number it is a personal identification. It depends on if your university is going to finance your assistance to the Conference, in this case you should write the CIF (identification of the university/enterprise). And if it’s not this case and you are coming by your own means, then just write your ID (personal identification number).

It is really important to add the billing data in the ACIEK’s platform (paper manager) since it’s necessary for us to make the invoice in the future if the payment for the Conference has finally been made.

Once this has been completed, you will be able to submit your work in your private profile. Also later, complete de registration if your paper gets accepted for the conference when the time comes and validate your participation.
